Cricket South Africa (CSA) on Friday announced Shukri Conrad as the new head coach of the South African men's white-ball teams, extending his responsibilities across all three formats until the 2027 ICC Cricket World Cup. The 58-year-old, who has been in charge of the Test side since 2023, steps in following
Rob Walter's resignation in April after the Champions Trophy.
Conrad will officially begin his white-ball tenure with the T20I series against Zimbabwe and New Zealand in July. His expanded role comes as South Africa prepare for a demanding multi-format calendar, including the ICC T20 World Cup 2026 in India and the 50-over World Cup at home in 2027.
